Dr. Ahmed Haque was born in Mumbai in a religious yet progressive Muslim family. As ‘Children Do What They See’, right from his early childhood and adolescent days, he developed qualities like helping people around him, displaying acts of care along with promoting peace and togetherness.

Being always interested in activities that lead towards the betterment of the people, right after his basic schooling and Graduation in Commerce, Dr. Ahmed Haque decided to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights. Afterwhich he also completed his MBA in Export Management.

Right from his childhood days, Dr. Ahmed Haque was focused, determined and independent. He always preferred to do things without anyone’s support and no matter how many times he failed, he kept trying till he succeeded. These qualities also enabled him to start SH International in 2012 and without anyone’s support, bring it to the level of being one of the most respected export houses in India.

Along with his educational qualification, his passion for social work and philanthropy also kept increasing and his constant work against domestic violence, drug abuse, human trafficking along with promoting women empowerment, peace, unity, environmental wellness, human rights and public health, started getting him prominence and making him the face of change.

His dedication to constantly working towards realising his vision of world peace and betterment, eventually got him national as well as international recognition and today he is a well-known face in the world of philanthropy.
